Reye To Lake And Lamb: “Debate Me, Bitches!”
Surprise GOP Candidate for Senate, Beth Reye, Confirms Participation in Two Debates and Calls for More!
For Immediate Release: April 9, 2024
Paradise Valley–Beth Reye, Republican candidate for United States Senate from Arizona, confirmed her participation in two upcoming debates on June 20 and 26th, while laying down the gauntlet for the other GOP hopefuls, Sheriff Mark Lamb, and “Governor” Kari Lake.
“All I can say is, debate me bitches.” Reye said, “Show your butts up and be prepared to get called out on any BS you try and shovel onto Arizonans. Because as a native Arizonan with the conscience of a true conservative, I am sick of the lies. I am sick of the fear mongering and phony posturing. And I know I am not alone. And that’s why I’m running.
“Governor ‘Air-Quotes’ Kari Lake is more than welcome to show up in a T-shirt emblazoned with a victim’s name and explain why she threw the toughest border bill in generations in the trash. Was it just so she could keep printing a victim’s names on a T-shirt? That’s something I wish to discuss.
“And Sheriff Lamb is free to wear his flack jacket because that won’t stop me from blowing his mind,” Reye said. “For one thing, I’d sure like to know why such a self-purported freedom lover did a U-Turn on Ukraine funding the second he felt the wind blow toward the pro-Putin wing of the GOP.
“This is the discussion I am ready to have with these two Paper Patriots, where is your adherence to the principles that truly made the Republican Party great? The Principles of Ronald Reagan, Barry Goldwater, and you bet your ass, John McCain. And the quicker we shed ourselves of these phonies, the sooner we can get back to being the party of the real patriots.
“So yes, let’s have as many debates, wherever, whenever. I will meet The “Governor” at a pillow stand in front of Mar a Lago. I will meet Sheriff Lamb on the set of The Rifleman in 1960 if that’s where he feels most comfortable. Whatever I need to do to pull the Republican Party back into the land of Reason and Responsibility, count me in.”
The two debates already confirmed are for Arizona PBS on June 20 and the Clean Elections Debate in conjunction with the Arizona Media Association on June 26th.
